We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

To cancel your order:

• Contact Us: Email us at info@kaushalbazaar.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation via mail or sms and process your refund if applicable.

2. How to Cancel an Order:

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. After 15 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• Contact Us: Email us at info@kaushalbazaar.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• Cancel From Buyer Portal: you can cancel the order from buyer panel.
• Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund if applicable.

3. Refunds

If your order is canceled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. After 24 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
